Manage subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through the Mac App Store are managed by Apple. Open your Apple ID subscription settings to view, cancel, or update a subscription.
Project storage
TextCut projects are designed to stay on your Mac unless you choose a cloud feature. Cloud transcription and AI analysis may temporarily upload data for the requested job.
Transcription and export issues
Send the app version, transcription mode, export format, and steps that reproduce the issue. Do not send private video or audio unless support asks for a sample.
