Common Questions
Where are my projects stored?
TextCut projects are designed to stay on your Mac unless you choose a cloud feature. Cloud transcription and cloud AI analysis may temporarily upload audio or transcript data so TextCut can process the requested job.
How do I manage subscriptions?
Subscriptions purchased through the Mac App Store are managed by Apple. Open your Apple ID subscription settings to view, cancel, or update a subscription.
How do I report a transcription or export issue?
Send a support email with the app version, transcription mode, export format, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Do not send private video or audio files unless support specifically asks for a sample.
